Specifications & Support

Compatibility & Input Guide

Computer Inputs — Two USB-C laptops or computers
Connect each computer to one rear USB-C input. The computer port must support DisplayPort Alt Mode for video and USB data transfer; a charge-only or data-only USB-C port cannot provide full KVM operation. Full-featured Thunderbolt 3/4/5 and full-featured USB-C ports are suitable.

Display Output — One HDMI monitor
Connect one HDMI display to the KVM output. The computer, USB-C port, display and HDMI cable must all support the selected resolution, refresh rate, HDR and gaming features.

Operating System Compatibility
Supports Unix, Windows, macOS and Linux-based systems including Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora and Raspbian for Raspberry Pi.

Before You Buy — Video Requirements
The input connection uses USB-C DisplayPort Alt Mode with DisplayPort 1.4. The HDMI 2.1 output supports formats up to 8K60 and high-refresh 4K through DSC. Confirm that the computer can output the required format over USB-C.

USB-C Charging
Both rear USB-C inputs support USB-C PD charging for compatible laptops. Charging requires a compatible power-delivery protocol; high-power laptops may still need their original charger.

Keyboard & Mouse
Use wired USB devices in the dedicated console ports for hotkeys. Bluetooth keyboards and mice are not supported. Pass-Through Mode supports advanced device functions; Legacy Emulation Mode is available for compatibility troubleshooting.
