Provide Feedback After receiving your product, leave a comment with pictures and email your feedback to our customer service department at
service@tesmart.com.
Receive Refund Once we receive your feedback, you’ll get an additional 10% refund on your purchase.

The VIP Program is open to customers in the United States, EU countries, and Japan. Membership is free, and signing up is a great way to enjoy extra perks and savings.

Exclusive August Discount VIP members(after purchasing the product and being a member for at least 4 months) can enjoy an incredible 40% discount on all TESmart products throughout August.
Extended Warranty VIP members receive an extended warranty to 3 years for KVM switch products, which goes beyond the original one-year warranty (two years in Germany) and includes a 90-day warranty on exchanged products. To activate this, register before the original warranty expires. Each product is eligible for one exchange during the extended warranty period.
Trade-In Services VIP members can access trade-in services after 4 months from the purchase date. To use this benefit, contact our support team with your Valid Proof of Purchase to receive a trade-in discount. Use this discount to order a new product (only available for KVM switches) from our official TESmart websites. Trade-in discounts cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.
New Product Testing VIPs may receive invitations to test new products. Eligibility for this opportunity is based on specific requirements, and not all devices will qualify for free testing.
Privacy Protection TESmart values your privacy. Your personal information is kept confidential and used solely for internal purposes. We do not disclose it to third parties without your consent.
