A: The new version HKE120-EH23 supports IGMP authentication. This enables the establishment of multiple TX connections on IGMP network switches, achieving many-to-many connections and enhancing the stability of video output in such configurations.

  • Can the new version RX and old version TX, or new version TX and old version RX be mixed and used together?

A： Due to the new version HKE120-EH23 supporting IGMP authentication while the old version does not, the new version RX cannot receive video signals from the old version TX, and similarly, the new version TX cannot transmit video signals to the old version RX.   • How do I distinguish between the new and old versions of my HKE120-EH23?

A: There is an anti-tear label near the product's screw hole. You can determine whether the product is the new or old version based on the date on the anti-tear label: if the manufacturing date is after May 2024, it is the new version; if it is before June 2024 (excluding June), it is the old version.

Support input resolution up to 1080P Full HD. According to 1000M IGMP network switch, source content can be transmitted from several transmitters (Up to 16 transmitters) to several receivers (Up to 253 receivers) over LAN, and the transmitter can be controlled by either of the receivers in the same local area network by IR or USB keyboard and mouse. This product can be used on remote DVR for Security System, servers in data centre and monitor room.
