- The top 5 entries with the most likes will win a deluxe edition game CD key of Black Myth: Wukong (each valued at $69.99).
4. How can existing Black Myth: Wukong players participate?
If you already own Black Myth: Wukong, you can participate by:
- Uploading a high-quality game screenshot on the event landing page.
- Gathering likes.
- The top 3 entries with the most likes will win an 8K KVM. If you’ve already purchased an 8K KVM, you will receive a full refund for that product.
- If you’ve purchased multiple 8K KVMs, you can choose only one for the full refund. Each customer is eligible for a full refund on only one 8K KVM, regardless of the number of purchases.
5. Where should I upload my images?
You need to upload your setup image (for Destined One) or game screenshot (for Wukong) on the event landing page. Once uploaded, you can share the link with friends to collect likes.
6. How can I upload my images if I’m unable to do it myself?
If you're unable to upload your images directly on the event landing page, you can also send them to us via email. Simply send your images to our customer support email: service@tesmart.com, and we will upload them for you.
7. What is the criteria for winning based on likes?
Winners will be determined by the number of likes your uploaded image receives on the landing page. The entries with the most likes will win the prizes.
8. How many times can I upload images?
You can upload multiple setup images or game screenshots to increase your chances of winning, but each participant can only win one prize.
9. When will the winners be announced?
The winners will be announced within 5 business days after the event ends, on our website and via email.
10. How do I claim my prize?
Winners will receive an email notification. You must provide the necessary information within the specified time to claim your prize. Game CD keys will be delivered via email, and 8K KVMs will be shipped.
11. What if I’ve already purchased an 8K KVM and won a full refund?
If you win a full refund, we will process it within 5 business days after the event, and you will receive the refund for the amount you paid.
