How do I become a TESmart member?
Simply register an account on any TESmart official website (tesmart.com / tesmart.de / tesmart.jp / tesmart.co.kr). Registration is free and available before or after your purchase.

I bought my product from a reseller, can I still become a member?
Yes. As long as the product was purchased from an authorized channel and you provide valid proof of purchase, you can register and enjoy full member benefits.
What are the conditions for upgrade trade-in?
- Your first KVM switch must be at least 4 months old;
- From the second KVM purchase on the official website, you get 30% off;
- Unlimited uses. Proof of previous purchase is required.
What is CTRL F? Am I eligible?
CTRL F (Find and Forge) is a product testing program for members. Selected users with relevant use cases get 40% off new products in exchange for feedback.
How can I cancel my membership?
You can contact customer service to cancel at any time. Unused benefits will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
I'm a member from before April 2024—do I still get the 40% discount?
Yes. Members who registered before or on March 31, 2024 will continue to enjoy the 40% upgrade discount as originally promised.
